This information is gathered when you request us to contact you, complete the contact form or complete the job application form. We treat all data which identifies an individual as Personal Data and act as the ‘Controller’ for this, meaning we control what happens to the data in our possession.
In order to provide you with a response to your request for information or to deliver our services, we require your basic personal data. We will not collect any personal data from you if we do not need to provide or oversee this service to you.
Website usage is collected using cookies and we may also collect and process details of your visits to our website. This includes but is not limited to traffic data, location data, web logs and other communication data.

For job applications submitted via the online form, we will retain personal data and CVs for as long as the specific job posting is open, or for a maximum of six months for speculative applications if you explicitly consent to this being retained for future consideration.
We use the services of a public relations agency and an SEO agency, who can act as data processors. They cannot do anything with your personal data unless we have instructed them to do so and will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will not store this data – they can only access the web or cloud-based systems where data is stored.
Unless prescribed by law, we will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary, for the purposes for which the personal information was collected or for which it is to be further processed by us. Where is the information stored?
