We use the services of a public relations agency and an SEO agency, who can act as data processors. They cannot do anything with your personal data unless we have instructed them to do so and will not share your personal information with any organisation apart from us. They will not store this data – they can only access the web or cloud-based systems where data is stored.

Unless prescribed by law, we will retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary, for the purposes for which the personal information was collected or for which it is to be further processed by us. Where is the information stored?

The website and all data acquired is hosted in the EU. Data collected via the contact form or application form will be processed by Smith Brothers, and are stored on our website hosting. The data will only be used to send the client information relevant to the original enquiry and the client will be able to opt out of communications at any time by request.
